Engineering Executives and Leadership Assembly
WESST Engineering Executives and Leadership Assembly (EELA), held in early May, is a region-wide transition meeting for the executives of our member societies. It is typically held on or near the campus of its host school.

Since 2009, EELA has brought together newly elected officers of student organizations with more senior members from across Western Canada for a combination of sessions, seminars, and round-table discussions. This unique mentor-ship opportunity helps societies grow and develop every year by helping ensure that progress transfers over to each year’s new executive.

EELA is a leadership conference that helps bridge the knowledge gap, through sessions held by students, alumni, faculty, and industry personnel on documentation, leadership, communication, and other organizational behavior seminars.

For more information about WESST EELA, please contact the EELA Chair at eela@wesst.ca.
