Congratulations to all the West Regional winners that participated in the Canadian Engineering Competition in Toronto March 18-21. A special congratulations to the West competitors that made it to the podium.

Yes folks it’s January again which means WESST Executive Transitions, CFES Congress, and WEC. Our incoming executive: Morgan Tien (President), Claire Smith (VP Communications) and Nicole Winstanley (VP Finance) are excited to be leading the wild WESST in 2010. With Congress behind us and WEC fast approaching, the executive welcomes any feedback or questions. Check out the Executive page for contact info.

Also, if you have any t-shirt design ideas for Congress 2010, send them to us before December 1st so we can have a chance to go over each submission, and get them printed before Hamilton.

Meeting Minutes from September 16 Executive Meeting

Hi Everyone,

Here are tonight’s meeting minutes.

A general summary of the meeting:
- Travel Subsidies Report is coming along. Review of the first draft is done and will be sent out to the rest of the committee at large for final review by next Tuesday
- WESST Retreat is coming together in a timely fashion. Delegate packages should be out soon.
- Shahrzad will draft the CFES Regional Agreement and send it out for review before PM.
